💬 Our Real Experience
Catch by Rudi is one of those meals where every detail feels intentional — the plating, the flavors, the pacing, the service. It’s refined without being pretentious, and easily one of the most elevated dining experiences on Princess.
Starter: Seafood Stew
I was expecting a heavy, tomato‑based stew… but instead, it arrived as a light, bright broth that completely surprised me. I’m still thinking about it.
The dish is served in a bowl shaped like a crab, and honestly, that’s the whole reason I ordered it — and I’m so glad I did. It was delicate, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
Main: Prawns the Size of My Plate
These prawns were enormous — truly the size of my plate.
Our server, Adam, was impeccable with every detail and kindly de‑shelled them for me. He recommended pairing them with the pureed cauliflower, and OMG… it was so good. Creamy, smooth, and the perfect complement to the prawns.
Dessert: Chocolate Perfection
Adam recommended the chocolate dessert and it was the perfect finale to my my meal.
Service
Adam deserves a shoutout. His service was flawless — attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. The timing of each course was perfect, and the entire meal flowed beautifully.
Overall
From start to finish, everything was perfect — the food, the pacing, the service, the quality. This meal was one of the many highlights of our Sun Princess trip.
