Thanks to Princess Cruises’ Casino Offers, I have been able to travel all over the world with limited out-of-pocket expenses. I have loved traveling on points and miles for years. Thanks to casino offers, I can now cruise on the cheap! Up until June of 2023, I considered myself a never cruiser. I had been on Carnival in my 20s and had lots of fun. However, I wasn’t sure a mid-40s me would like cruising.
One of my friends talked me into taking a last-minute Virgin Voyages. My dog had just passed away, and I was so sad. At that moment, a 4-day escape sounded perfect. And it was! It changed everything. I realized I loved cruising and wanted to do this again. However, I needed to find a way to do this affordably.
How I started getting Princess Cruises Casino Offers
Back in May of 2024, I took my son on the Enchanted Princess to the Western Caribbean. Every day on this cruise, I hit the casino. I love video blackjack. I would play about an hour, maybe a little longer each day. I ended up with 2100 casino points by the end of the Cruise. I used the onboard credit of $400 when we booked the cruise to be my casino investment.
On the $400, I played the whole 7 days, and yes, by the end, they had the $400 back I was given. I was in this for the long game. Of course, I wish I had come out ahead, but my goal here was to get more free cruises. At the end of the cruise, I got a Come Back and Sail Offer for $500 free play on my next cruise. That wasn’t the offer I was looking for. I knew I would most likely end up on the Princess Casino Cruise offer email list. Six weeks later, when I started getting emails, I was jumping up and down. My plan worked.
Now I get offers via email and mail every few weeks. Again, I am not a huge gambler, but I am getting free interior rooms with the option to upgrade. I usually get offered a little bit of free play in the casino. The offers are not completely free. I pay the taxes and fees, and a $200 deposit per person. I get the $200 per person back on the ship as an onboard credit. For example, our interior room for our cruise to Norway was $310 each so $620. Then we get back $400 in onboard credit.
Flights on Points and Miles
I now pair my love of credit points and miles with my love of cruising to save BIG! I used my credit card points to pay for round-trip flights to London. Our taxes and fees were around $700 for both of us. For $1320, we are flying to London, taking a cruise to Norway, and flying home for less than $1400. We used points for our hotel’s pre-and post-cruise. I love how a deal comes together like this.
