What Makes Virgin Voyages Dining Unique?
No buffets, no main dining halls: Say goodbye to the traditional cruise setup. Virgin Voyages offers intimate, made-to-order dining experiences across all venues.
All restaurants are included: No upcharges for specialty dining. You can explore every eatery without worrying about your wallet.
There are a few upcharge items on the menu, but you can have an amazing meal without spending an extra penny! I personally like to upgrade for the raw oysters at the wake.
Menus by Michelin-starred chefs: Culinary minds like Brad Farmerie and Sohui Kim have crafted menus that elevate the onboard experience.
Signature Restaurants You Can’t Miss
Casual Eats & Late-Night Cravings
The Galley: Virgin’s answer to the buffet—think food hall with fresh, fast options like sushi, burgers, and noodle bowls.
The Pizza Place: Grab a slice anytime, with custom toppings and a chill vibe.
Lick Me Till Ice Cream: Yes, that’s the name. Yes, it’s delicious. And yes, it’s included. It’s a cruise, so no one will judge you if you get more than one scoop! I encourage it!
The Dock: Open-air lounge on the aft deck 7. My favorite place to hang out on the ship. Think fun appetizers: Shrimp, Hangar Steak, Octopus
Sun Club Café: Looking for a poolside snack? Poke Bowls, Bao Buns, and sweet treats. It’s located near the Sun Club near Richard’s Rooftop. Admission to Richard’s Rooftop is not required.
ShipEats Delivery Service
If you don’t want to leave your cabin or lounger, Virgin offers ShipEats, an onboard delivery service via the Virgin Voyages app. I recommend you try the room service at least once. The menu is fantastic!
$10 delivery fee, waived if your order totals $10 or more
Available from most onboard eateries
Perfect for late-night cravings or lazy mornings
Pro Tip - I add a half-bottle of wine or cocktail to my order to get the delivery fee waived. I am going to drink it anyway! Also, I add Coke and Coke Zero to all my orders to stock my fridge.
Final Thoughts
Book specialty restaurants early: Reservations open in the app and fill fast, especially for The Wake and Test Kitchen.
Try everything: With no extra cost, it’s the perfect chance to explore new cuisines.
Don’t skip breakfast at Razzle Dazzle: Their bacon is amazing, and morning cocktails are a vibe.
