Princess Cruises Casual Dining : Alfredo’s Pizza & Cocktails
Princess Cruises Casual Dining Alfredo's Overview
Are you sailing on Princess Cruises? If you purchase the Plus or Premier package. You have casual dining included in your cruise fare. You can see below how many meals you get. This chart goes into effect January 12, 2026.
I have dined at Alfredo’s on the following ships: Enchanted, Sky, Royal, and Sun Princess. This review is from my September sailing on the Sun Princess. The menu is very similar on the ships, but some items are different, so keep that in mind. See my full Princess dining roundup here.

Alfredo’s on Sun Princess: What’s Included
The Princess Cruises casual dining package includes one appetizer, one pizza/calzone, and dessert. At the beginning of our cruise, we could choose from the Classic Pizzas and Calzones, and by the last day, we could select from the specialty pizzas. We ended up eating here 3x’s on our recent sailing.

Appetizers
All three times I ate here on the Sun Princess, I started my meal with the Insalata Mista. A light salad to start my meal makes me happy. I thought theirs was good. Their balsamic dressing was good. On the Royal Princess, it was too tart for me, but this one was better.
Pizza Selections
I tried two different pizzas on our cruise. The first two times, I had Pizza Margherita. I like a good fresh cheese pizza sometimes. This one had yummy cheese on it.
On my last visit to Alfredo’s, our waiter suggested I try something different. He mentioned they had just changed it so that we could use the dining credit on the Specialty pizzas and the create your own pizza. I had been eyeing the Cal Italia. Prosciutto, fig preserves, asiago, gorgonzola, mozzarella, and parmesan with balsamic glaze. It was delicious.
Dessert
I only had room for dessert on one of our meals. I did take a bite or two of the cannoli. It was very good. I would have gotten it again if I had room but never did.
Specialty Cocktails
I tried three of the specialty cocktails at Alfredo’s. The first one was the Cello Drop. This was the perfect drink to start my cruise off in Italy. Limoncello, Grey Goose Vodka, and Lemon. I love the dried fruit garnish. I thought this was a light, refreshing drink. Highly recommend!
2nd I tried the Roma. I am not a big Gin drinker, but I thought this was good. Hedricks, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Limoncello and fresh raspberries. I preferred the Lemon Cello but this was fun to try especially with Premier Package.
Last but not least, I tried the Signature Tiramisu. This drink is sweet so I had it for dessert. It was really good. If you have the Premier package I would definitely give it a try.
Final Thoughts on Princess Cruises Casual Dining
Alfredo’s delivered exactly what we hoped for—delicious pizza, cozy ambiance, and a casual dining experience that felt elevated without being formal. Whether you’re sailing with the Plus or Premier package, it’s a must-try spot that adds flavor and flexibility to your cruise.
From the Cal Italia pizza to the Cello Drop cocktail, every bite and sip felt like a treat. And the best part? No reservations, no extra charges, and no stress. Just walk in, sit down, and enjoy.
If you’re planning a Princess cruise and wondering where to eat beyond the main dining room, Alfredo’s is a standout. Casual doesn’t mean boring—and this spot proves it.
