Rebooking Chaos: Nashville to Boston

After the Delta app ran out of options and the phone line was jammed, we sprinted to the nearest Delta desk. The agents worked incredibly hard and found a creative solution: rerouting us through Boston to catch a delayed Virgin Atlantic flight to London.
