3 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL)
5–6 miles from Port Everglades
20–30 minutes to PortMiami (MSC, Carnival, Virgin, etc.)
One of my favorite things about cruising from South Florida: I book whichever airport is cheaper. FLL and MIA are close enough that you can choose based on price — and FLL is much easier to navigate.
On my last cruise, I had a friend meet me at FLL because it’s smaller, calmer, and easier to get in and out of.
