I kicked off my meal with the oyster starter—and as a raw oyster enthusiast, I was thrilled. This single, plump oyster was beautifully presented with a delicate heart-shaped garnish and shimmering gold flakes, setting the tone for a romantic and elevated dining experience. It was the perfect way to begin our evening at Love by Britto aboard the Sun Princess.

Beet Salad – Whimsical, Flavorful, and Beautifully Presented

Next up was the beet salad with goat cheese and fig—some of my all-time favorite salad toppings. The flavors were fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced, making it one of the most memorable dishes of the evening. And yes, you absolutely can’t miss the heart-shaped garnish in the center. I may not be a girly girl, but I loved the romantic touches throughout the meal. It added a playful elegance that made the experience feel extra special aboard the Sun Princess.
